I submitted my content and, while there were a few delays along the way, they were largely natural and outside anyone's control, the kind of hold-ups that come with the publishing process itself. Once things were moving, the process was smooth and professional. The team understood the subject matter well and helped strengthen the overall structure and clarity, while still keeping the work in my own voice. The collaboration felt genuine, and I came out of it with a stronger finished product overall. There were a few areas that could have been better handled, but they didn't overshadow the positives. Overall, I'd recommend them based on my experience.
